Fitness (n.) — The biological and functional capacity to meet the demands of life in your environment

We understand the nuance: The elements of fitness—strength, conditioning, mobility, stability, etc.—are the same for everyone, meaning the basic components of a fitness program should be the same for everyone. However, we all live different lives with different demands, goals and limitations, and these differences should be honored when individualizing fitness routines.

The structure of our workout and resource library is designed to get you started on any training architecture or framework that appeals to you, then guide you in how to take control over the process as you go.
